- Olive Oil - Or your favorite vegetable oil will work just fine.
- Salmon Fillets, skinless and boneless - Use fresh salmon fillets, if possible, rather than canned salmon, for best results. Canned salmon will definitely work in a pinch.
- Salt and Pepper - Perfect flavor enhancer.
- Sweet Hawaiian Rolls - Traditional slider buns or small dinner rolls will both work well.
- Asian Style Chopped Salad Kit - Use a coleslaw (cabbage) mix of choice with coleslaw dressing or a chopped lettuce salad covered in your favorite dressing with tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and onions instead, if preferred.

A few simple steps is all it takes to create these wonderful little sandwiches.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon filets to heated skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. As salmon cooks, break it apart with a spatula. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, drizzle sesame ginger dressing over salad blend and toss until coated.
Assemble sliders by placing cooked salmon, salad mix, sliced almonds, and wonton strips on Hawaiian rolls.
Hint: Remove any pin bones from the fillet and cut it into identical slider-sized pieces or crumble salmon to ensure even cooking.

Freezer:
Wrap each slider individually in plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil. Place the wrapped sliders in a freezer-safe, airtight container or resealable plastic bag for up to 2 months.
When you're ready to eat, take out of the freezer and let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight. You can reheat your sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes or heated through.
