Ingredients
A quick, in-and-out trip to the grocery store is all it takes to gather everything you need for this recipe.

- Rice Chex: Both Corn Chex and Rice Chex work well for this recipe. You could also use a cereal like Crispix.
- White Chocolate Chips: We prefer the white colored chocolate chips for this recipe but have used semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips in a pinch.
- Lemon Juice and Zest: You can use bottled lemon juice if you prefer. However, we recommend freshly squeezed. You'll have to zest a lemon, anyway for best results.
See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
