    These birthday cake Chex mix are super easy to make and hard to stop eating. Combining Rice Chex with white chocolate, powdered sugar, and rainbow sprinkles, this sweet treat is perfect for any occasion and always so festive!

    Step 2 Add Sugar and Fold: Add the powdered sugar. Fold again, making sure that the cereal is evenly coated. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
