In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add chives, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper.
Add the chicken broth and combine with cream cheese mixture.
Mix in the shredded chicken and bacon.
Add the bottoms of the Hawaiian rolls to a baking dish and cover them with the crack chicken mixture and cheese slices.
Top with the top halves of the rolls.
Brush the rolls with melted butter.

- 2 bricks (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup diced chives plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded (I use a rotisserie chicken)
- 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in your prepared baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add chicken broth, 1⁄4 cup chives, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken and bacon. Stir again.
