- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb salmon filets skinless and boneless
- Salt
- Pepper
- 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- Asian style chopped salad kit
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon filets to heated skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. As salmon cooks, break it apart with a spatula. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, drizzle sesame ginger dressing over salad blend and toss until coated.
Assemble sliders by placing cooked salmon, salad mix, sliced almonds, and wonton strips on Hawaiian rolls.
