- Mayonnaise
- Minced garlic cloves
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Pepper

Instructions
Like so many of my dip and topping recipes, this one is ridiculously easy to make.
Step 1: Combine All Ingredients
Whisk the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil together in a small container with a lid.
Step 2: Chill
Let the mayo chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Hint: Use a small whisk to combine your ingredients right in the jar, or whisk the ingredients in a bowl and then transfer them to your jar.

Garlic Mayo

- mason jar or resealable container with a lid
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon mustard optional, sometimes I add a little because my husband loves mustard everything
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Using a whisk, combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl or container with a lid.
- Whisk until blended. Allow to set in fridge for at least an hour, if not two, before serving but honestly the longer the better.
