Garlic Mayo

This garlic mayo recipe is so easy, so tasty, and so versatile. Use it as a dip for everything from fries to crackers or as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon mustard optional, sometimes I add a little because my husband loves mustard everything

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • Using a whisk, combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl or container with a lid.
    Add mayo, garlic, lemon juice salt, pepper and oil in a small container with a lid. Mix using a whisk.
  • Whisk until blended. Allow to set in fridge for at least an hour, if not two, before serving but honestly the longer the better.
    All ingredients thoroughly mixed in a bowl using a whisk.
  • Serve and enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • If the garlic flavor is overwhelming, add more mayo, one tablespoon at a time.
  • Garlic mayo will last a week inside your fridge.
