Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 3/4 cup mayonaise -
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt -
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can French Fried Onions
- 1 cup cheese, shredded more or less to taste
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare a 9x9 or 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place chicken breast pieces in your prepared pan.
Pour mixture on top totally covering your chicken pieces.
Sprinkle onions on top and finish with cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve on top of rice or pasta. Enjoy!
