I've always loved brussel sprouts, but I haven't always loved cooking them. They've always been a bit finicky for me. Cooking them in the air fryer took all of that away!

Frozen Brussel Sprouts in the Air Fryer

This was inspired by my other air fryer veggie recipe on this site, and pairs well with this amazing steak recipe.

    Ingredients

It takes less than a handful of ingredients to make this delicious side!

    • Frozen Brussel sprouts
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper

See the recipe card at the end of the post for quantities.

    Instructions

Making these brussel sprouts is ridiculously easy. You'll be in and out of the kitchen in no time!

Step 1: Prep the Brussel Sprouts

Place the brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir to coat the brussel sprouts completely.

    Step 2: Air Fry

Air fry the brussel sprouts at 400 degrees for 14 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are heated through and beginning to brown.

Hint: Be very careful not to overcook your brussel sprouts. They get mushy.
