Ingredients
Even though you only need two ingredients to make this tasty treat, it’s still a favorite of mine!

How to Make Chocolate Covered Blueberries
The instructions are very easy and quick. It will take you around 5 minutes to prepare them! Remember to line your baking sheet with parchment before you get started.
Step 1: Melt the chocolate chips. Add the milk chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one until smooth.
Step 2: Stir in the blueberries. Carefully add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and stir to coat them.
Step 3: Scoop the clusters. Scoop a cluster of chocolate-coated blueberries with a spoon and place it on the parchment paper. Repeat the process until all of the berries have been used.
Step 4: Chill. Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the blueberries to set and the chocolate to slightly harden. It should take around 30 minutes.
⭐ Hint: If you don't want a lot of chocolate on the blueberries, use a fork and gently tap it on the edge of the bowl and allow excess chocolate to drip off before putting it on the parchment.

Storage Directions
- Refrigeration: Store these blueberry clusters in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Place parchment in between each layer to keep them from sticking together.
- Freezing: Place the clusters in a freezer-safe bag and place a piece of parchment in between each layer. Freeze them for up to 1 month. I recommend enjoying them straight from the freezer. Thawed out the texture of the fresh berries will change.
Serving Suggestions
- Top Mini German Pancakes with these blueberry clusters for a rich and fruity twist. They are also tasty on top of a bowl of Pancake Cereal.
- For extra chocolate flavor, use them as a topping for Chocolate French Toast.
- These make a great garnish for desserts, too. Add them to Rainbow Cupcakes or Jello Cool Whip Pie for a chocolatey bite.
Recipe Tips
- Dry the berries thoroughly: Ensure that the blueberries are completely dry after you wash them. Excess moisture will cause the melted chocolate to seize.
- Try a cupcake pan and liners: Instead of lining a baking sheet, you may add liners to a cupcake pan and drop scoops of chocolate blueberry clusters into each one.
- Use a double boiler: If you don’t have a microwave or don’t want to use it, try the double boiler method with a heat-safe glass bowl over a pot of hot water.

Yes. They will take longer than in the refrigerator so if you’re willing to wait, you may leave them at room temperature.
I do not recommend it. They carry excess moisture and have a softer texture when thawed.
