Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring often.
  • Allow chocolate to cool a bit and then gently stir blueberries in being careful not to smash them.
  • Place small spoonfuls of chocolate covered blueberries on your prepared baking sheet. (If you want less chocolate in your clusters, be sure to allow excess chocolate to drip off in the bowl before placing them on the baking sheet.)
  • Chill blueberry clusters for 30 minutes to allow chocolate to harden.

Notes

  • Dry the berries thoroughly: Ensure that the blueberries are completely dry after you wash them. Excess moisture will cause the melted chocolate to seize.
  • Try a cupcake pan and liners: Instead of lining a baking sheet, you may add liners to a cupcake pan and drop scoops of chocolate blueberry clusters into each one.
  • Use a double boiler: If you don’t have a microwave or don’t want to use it, try the double boiler method with a heat-safe glass bowl over a pot of hot water.
