This Raspberry Martini recipe is quick and easy, but it's one of my favorites. I love fresh raspberries, so it's kind of like this beverage was made for me! Chambord elevates the authentic raspberry flavor, and the vodka delivers a strong, satisfying punch. It's a cocktail that you need to savor every sip!

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • It's only 4 ingredients: All you need for this raspberry vodka martini is 4 ingredients. It's perfectly uncomplicated!
    • It's ready in 5 minutes: This is a simple raspberry martini recipe that's ready fast. It takes just 5 minutes to combine, shake, and pour!
    • It's customizable: Since this recipe is so easy, you can swap and alter ingredients any way you like to suit your preference!

    Ingredients

Everything you need for this raspberry martini recipe is listed below. You'll need to make a quick trip to the liquor store for the Chambord, but I promise it's available all year!

Ingredients for making a raspberry martini.
    • Raspberries: Fresh raspberries add a lovely flavor and texture to the drink. Even though it's strained, you'll sometimes get a little pulp and seeds left behind (which I love). You can use frozen in a pinch, just allow them to thaw a bit first so you can muddle them.
    • Vodka: Any brand of vodka will work just fine. I go with a plain one so the focus of the martini is on the raspberries.
    • Chambord: This is a lovely black raspberry liqueur with sweet notes of vanilla and honey. It's perfect in this cocktail!
    • Lime juice: For a little brightness, I like to finish it with a squeeze of fresh lime. Leave it out, if you wish.

See the recipe card below for exact ingredient amounts, nutritional information, and detailed instructions.

    Variations

    • Raspberry brownie: Swap the regular vodka with a chocolate vodka to give the martini a raspberry brownie flavor.
    • Raspberry lemon: Use lemon juice instead of lime for a slightly different citrus twist.
    • Raspberry spritz: Pour it over club soda to make it a spritz.
    • Mixed berry martini: Add 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup to make a mixed berry version.

How to Make a Raspberry Martini

Below are the steps to make the best raspberry martini recipe ever. I double it when I have company, so I can make two raspberry martinis.

Muddled raspberries, ice and liquors being added to the cocktail shaker.

Step 1: Combine ingredients. First, muddle the raspberries in the cocktail shaker, and then fill it halfway with ice and add the two liquors and lime.

The shaken cocktail being poured into a glass.

Step 2: Shake and pour. Give it a good shake to chill the cocktail before you strain it into your martini glass.

    Recipe Tips

    • Use ripe raspberries: Ensure that the raspberries are perfectly ripe so you can get enough of their natural sweetness in your martini.
    • Strain the seeds well: If you want a smoother finish, carefully strain all the seeds from your drink.
    • Chill the glasses: To make your drink ice cold, pop your cocktail glasses into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.

Fresh raspberry lovers also enjoy this raspberry jalapeno jam. Give it a try, it's quite delicious.

    Serving Suggestions

    • Use some of the fresh raspberries in a savory meal to keep the theme. I love this slow cooker raspberry chicken.
    • Make a lovely raspberry dessert to pair with your martini. Enjoy a scoop of white chocolate raspberry ice cream with these raspberry cookies!
    • Enjoy a savory appetizer like this air fryer blooming onion with blooming onion sauce to offset the sweetness of the raspberry martini.

    Recipe FAQs

Can I make it less sweet?

Yes! Reduce the amount of Chambord by about 0.5 oz and increase the amount of vodka by 0.5 oz. This will make the martini bolder without changing the natural raspberry flavor.

    Why have the ingredients separated?

You'll need to shake the ingredients with ice very well. Cold ingredients don't separate as much as when they're warm. It also helps when they're well mixed!

What can I do if I don't have a cocktail shaker?

No worries! Use a mason jar and a fine mesh strainer. It will yield the same result!
