Ingredients

  • 8 raspberries
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Muddle raspberries in the cocktail shaker to release their juices.
  • Fill about halfway with ice, then pour in vodka, Chambord and lime juice.
  • Shake until chilled about 10-15 times and then strain into a martini glass

Notes

  • Place your martini glasses into the refrigerator to chill them before you make your raspberry cocktail to keep the drink cold longer.
  • Shake the ingredients well to keep them from separating.
  • Use a mason jar and a fine mesh strainer if you don’t have a cocktail shaker.
