Slow Cooker Creamy Honey Mustard Pork Chops are so tender and served with a fantastic creamy honey mustard sauce that can be drizzled on any vegetable!
For those of you that follow my blog you know how much I love gravies and sauces! Well let me tell you this sauce or gravy is absolutely fabulous! You can easily drizzle some on rice, broccoli, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, beans, asparagus and pretty much any other vegetable you are serving with these Slow Cooker Creamy Honey Mustard Pork Chops.
I have to mention that when you are making the gravy, after the pork chops are cooked, you need to taste it to see if you prefer a little extra honey or mustard. Some of you will definitely enjoy the sauce a little sweeter than others and some of you will prefer extra mustard. Feel free to adjust as necessary!
You can cook these pork chops on high for between 3 and for hours or low for between 6 and 8 hours. I wish I could give a more specific time but pork chops range in size between ½ and 1 inch thick. You will have to use your judgement or a meat thermometer just to make sure your pork chops are fully cooked!
We also love the cream sauce which tastes fabulous on everything from rice and pasta to cauliflower, broccoli and beans. You have to try making this dinner at least once! Check out how easy the recipe is to make!

Then sprinkle each pork chop with thyme (1 tsp), mustard powder (1 tsp), salt (¼ tsp), pepper (¼ tsp).
Place pork on top of onions. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4, depending on the size of your pork chops.
When cooked, remove pork chops from slow cooker. Add cream to slow cooker and make sure the temperature is set to high or pour juices from the slow cooker into a saucepan and add cream on medium high heat on the stove.
Add green onions. Then add mustard and honey to taste. As you whisk the sauce taste it and add more or less honey and mustard so the sauce is as you like it.
To thicken sauce combine flour and water (or juices from your slow cooker) in a small coffee cup and pour it into cream mixture while being heated on high in the slow cooker or medium high on the stove. You will be able to thicken the sauce faster on the stove if time is a factor.
Bring cream sauce to a boil until thickened to desired consistency. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cream sauce over pork chops and rice, pasta or vegetables. We think this sauce tastes fabulous on everything. Please let me know if you agree!
