These Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Thai Pork Chops are fantastic.  The juices, gravy or sauce taste so nice on top of the pork and on top of a bed of rice.  The flavors are truly magnificent together and are such a nice change!

We eat pork chops and pork roasts regularly in this house.  I buy when they are on sale and generally have a bunch in the freezer.  This recipe for Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Thai Pork is definitely one of my favorites.  Mainly because it is different and delicious!

I truly believe that the slow cooker is the greatest invention and I love recipes like this.  Blend ingredients together and dump on top of whatever protein I am using!  Come back and dinner is ready!

Will definitely make these again. The meat was moist and very tender with just the right amount of heat.
