Tips
This is a super simple recipe, but even simple recipes have things you should know. These are easy tips so be sure to give them a look.
- If you enjoy gravy as much as we do make sure to add a second can of soup, no need to add extra of anything else
- If your seasoning packet is not dissolving easily, you can heat[ mixture in the microwave for up to a minute to warm the soup and allow for easier mixing. I rarely have to do this.
- You do not need to sear the pork chops before putting them in the crock pot. I have done this occasionally with thicker, 1 inch thick pork chops, but using ½ - ¾ inch pork chops, searing will lead to overcooked meat so do not do it.
What to Serve with Garlic Ranch Pork Chops
- mashed potatoes, rice or noodles
- broccoli, carrots or corn
