Prepare slow cooker with a liner or cooking spray.
Combine soup, dressing mix, garlic, pepper and broth.
Place pork chops in slow cooker and pour soup mixture over top. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
I like to serve this pork chop dish with gravy covering the mashed potatoes, rice or noodles and a vegetable like broccoli, corn or carrots. Enjoy every bite!
- If you enjoy gravy as much as we do make sure to add a second can of soup, no need to add extra of anything else
- If your seasoning packet is not dissolving easily, you can heat[ mixture in the microwave for up to a minute to warm the soup and allow for easier mixing. I rarely have to do this.
- You do not need to sear the pork chops before putting them in the crock pot. I have done this occasionally with thicker, 1 inch thick pork chops, but using ½ - ¾ inch pork chops, searing will lead to overcooked meat so do not do it.
