Easy Buffalo Wing Bites are a simple to make crowd pleaser! With only four main ingredients, not including the dip, if you even feel dip is necessary!
How could you go wrong? These little addictive bites are perfect for game day! Actually, truth be told, they are perfect for any occasion! They take little time to prepare and you won't believe how quickly they disappear!
Easy Buffalo Wing Bites are perfect for watching television or even dinner! Isn't that terrible. I hate to admit it but we have done it. Just served these yummy little bites for dinner! Everyone loved it! I can't imagine why anyone would want to complain.
You can use a rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, cooked chicken or poached chicken breasts like we make in our Slow Cooker Chicken Salad On Anything recipe. I usually shred the chicken but feel free to dice it or chop it as you prefer!
Ingredients for Easy Buffalo Wing Bites
- parmesan cheese
- chicken, cooked, rotisserie, shredded or chopped
- shredded cheese
- refrigerated pizza dough
- butter
- Buffalo wing sauce
- ranch or bleu (blue) cheese dressing
- milk
How do you make Easy Buffalo Wing Bites
Preheat your oven and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Using a large bowl, and a wooden spoon, mix chicken, cheese and wing sauce. On a lightly floured surface, unroll each pizza dough. Cut each into 16 squares, 4 in each direction.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture on to the center of each square. Pull corners together and pinch edges to seal in filling. Place 1 in. apart on your prepared sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake and serve with dip!

- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce, heat is up to you
- 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
- ¼ cup butter melted
Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
- ½ cup milk

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
- Refrigerator: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freezer: Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat: Thaw in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven on 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if they begin to brown too much.
