    Looking for simple sweets and treats for Easter? Have we got a list for you! If you already had Easter dessert planned, let me put a kink in those plans by offering some other delights that will enhance your Easter dinner menu. 

    Easter is sweet in so many ways. It's a time of optimism. Spring has arrived. The days are getting longer. The air is fresher and the birds, they are a singing! People are craving celebration. What better way to celebrate than with food? Start with a hearty main course, and end it with a variety of sweet delights that will round off your special day nicely!

    Assuming ham is at the heart of your meal, below you will find some easy Instant Pot side dishes to go along with it. But the real focus of this post is on Easter desserts. Edible treasures that will add a sweet touch to your feast. And this year, we've got quite an assortment to choose from! 

    Maybe lockdown fever is to blame for sparking these creations. Or maybe the imaginative juices were flowing anyway. It doesn't really matter. What matters is that they're here, and we had a blast making them! And the best part of all? We get to share these recipes with you! 

    Given the variety, I personally have a hard time choosing a favorite. Frankly, I love them all, and it's my hope you'll feel the same way too!

    Cheesecake is an all-time classic that just about everyone on the planet loves. My husband can barely contain himself when they're sitting in front of him. And he's not alone. Whenever I have guests over, I find these Easter cheesecakes are the first to go.
