Fruity Pebbles fudge takes an easy, delicious white chocolate fudge recipe and injects it with a dose of fruity flavor that takes it to the next level. It's easy to make, super tasty, and super festive, too!

Fruity Pebbles has been one of my favorite foods since childhood, so when I can incorporate them into a recipe, I absolutely will. These are my latest Fruit Pebbles experiment, and they are ah-mazing.

    Fruity Pebbles White Chocolate Fudge

This was inspired by my other white chocolate fudge recipe on this site. I was able to add all kinds of chunky goodness to my white chocolate cranberry nut fudge, so I knew adding some Fruity Pebbles would be easy peasy.

    Ingredients

It only takes a few basic ingredients to make this delicious recipe, and most of them are kitchen staples. You might have to pick up some Eagle-Brand Milk and Fruity Pebbles cereal, but other than that, you probably have everything you need in your kitchen right now.

    • Flour
    • Fruity Pebbles cereal
    • Sugar
    • Vanilla extract
    • White Chocolate
    • Butter
    • Eagle-Brand Milk

See the recipe card at the end of the post for quantities.

    Instructions

Making this fudge is just as easy as the ingredients needed to make it. It only takes a few steps, and there is ZERO baking involved.

Step 1: Microwave the Flour and Microwave Chocolate

Microwaved flour with melted chocolate added.

In a microwaveable bowl, microwave the flour for a minute to kill any bacteria, then stir and set aside. Place the white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and heat at 15-second intervals until melted. Add to flour and stir well until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Combine Butter, Sugar, and Vanilla and Add it

The fudge stirred and blended together.

In a separate dish, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla, stirring until well combined. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well-combined, then fold in the Fruity Pebbles.

    Step 3: Finish the Fudge

Fudge in pan deside plate with 3 fudge pieces on top.

Pour the fudge into a prepared 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly. Then, sprinkle the Fruity Pebbles on top of the Fudge and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into 2x2 inch pieces and enjoy!

Hint: You can grease your baking dish or spray it with non-stick spray.

    Tips

This is a simple recipe, but I have a few tips that will make it the best it can possibly be. These are easy tips that can make a big difference, so give them a look.

    • If you find that your chocolate has started to set up again by the time you're ready to mix it in, just microwave it for about 15 more seconds to get it nice and smooth again.
    • Use a folding motion when you mix in the Fruity Pebbles to avoid crushing them as much as possible.
