Why You Will Love This Recipe
My easy recipe for Moose Track fudge takes the classic flavors of vanilla, peanut butter, and chocolate and puts them all in a delicious, decadent white fudge. It has all the flavor and panache of my favorite ice cream except it can be eaten with your fingers. How fun is that?!?
Aside from being wildly delicious with a perfect salty-sweet balance, my Moose Track-inspired peanut butter white chocolate fudge recipe is also:
- Made With Only 4 Ingredients, all of which are easy to find in the baking aisle of your favorite grocery store.
- Quick & Easy. The whole recipe takes just 10 minutes of active time, so it’s perfect for even busy weeknights.
- Crowd-Pleasing. Moose Tracks is a classic flavor that everyone loves!
Ingredients & Substitutions
As promised, you only need a handful of simple ingredients to make this peanut butter white chocolate fudge with condensed milk. Here’s what to grab:
- Vanilla almond bark - If you don’t want to use white chocolate bark, there are so many other white chocolate options to choose from that we even wrote a post about it. 😉
- Sweetened condensed milk - This secret ingredient makes fudge-making super simple and foolproof. Feel free to swap in a plant-based or a homemade version if you prefer!
- Hot fudge topping - Instead of using store-bought hot fudge, make your own with 1 ⅔ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips melted in 1 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Easy peasy!
- Mini peanut butter cups - Can’t find mini peanut butter cups? Simply swap in regular Reese’s and cut them into smaller bites.
Optional Variations
While I love this easy white chocolate fudge recipe just the way it’s written, there are plenty of opportunities to customize it to your own needs and preferences. Here are a few variations to consider:
- Vegan Moose Tracks Fudge - Swap in your favorite brand of dairy-free sweetened condensed milk (e.g. coconut or oat milk-based) and use vegan white chocolate, hot fudge, and candies.
- Nut-Free Fudge - If you want the flavor of Moose Tracks but can’t do nuts, swap in regular white chocolate for almond white chocolate and use sunflower butter-filled cups in place of Reese’s.
- Add Some Color - Adding a few drops of your favorite food coloring to some or all of the fudge will make this fudge stand out even more, depending on what color chocolate you use.
- Swap In A Different Chocolate Entirely - You can also use another kind of chip instead of white chocolate, including milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, or dark chocolate instead. While it wouldn’t be “Moose Tracks” per se, you’re also welcome to use non-chocolate bases like peanut butter, caramel, or butterscotch. Please note that you might need a teaspoon or two of vegetable oil to totally smooth the melted chips.
- Use a Different Treat - Use mini chocolate-covered caramels (Rolo's), mini chocolate-covered caramels with pecans (Turtles), peanut butter candies (Reese's Pieces), or your favorite chopped-up treats instead. Gently press into the fudge before it has set.

How To Make Moose Tracks Fudge
Like my other no-bake fudge recipe, this white chocolate fudge is super easy to make. The broad strokes are below, but you'll find the exact instructions in the recipe card at the end of the post.
Step 1: Melt the almond bark, then stir in the sweetened condense milk thoroughly.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish line with foil and add spoonfuls of hot fudge sauce at regular intervals.
Step 3: Swirl in the hot fudge and top evenly with Reese's baking cups.
Step 4: Chill until set, then cut into squares and enjoy!
Storage Instructions
Refrigerator: Store for up to 2 weeks in an air-tight container. You’re welcome to eat it straight from the fridge.
Freezer: Store for up to 3 months in an air-tight, freezer-safe container. I suggest letting it thaw a bit for the best texture; when it’s frozen, it will have a tendency to shatter
Make Ahead: This fudge is better the longer it's chilled so feel free to make it the night before it will be served.
What To Serve With White Chocolate Fudge
This easy white chocolate fudge is fantastic with milk, coffee, or tea. Heck, it's even great with dessert wine!
I also love to serve it with other tasty sweet treats like my Red Velvet Cookie Bars, Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups, and Rhubarb Cookies. This Moose Tracks fudge was a new addition to my holiday cookie plates this year and my loved ones were ecstatic about it.
Expert Tips
- Refrain from overdoing it when you swirl in the hot fudge. You want pretty swirls, not mud.
- Chill this fudge overnight for the absolute best flavor and texture.
- Be sure your chocolate and sweetened condensed milk are thoroughly combined.
TOP TIP
If you only take one thing away from this section, it’s that you need a gentle hand when you’re swirling in the hot fudge. I suggest using a butter knife to drag through the dollops. Go vertically, horizontally, and maybe once diagonally.
