Fudge is such a fun dessert. It's a classic that almost all of us love. I love making it, too, especially no-bake recipes like this one. I think once you try this springtime fudge, you're going to love it, too.
This was inspired by my Fruity Pebbles fudge recipe. The Fruity Pebbles worked so well, I knew I could do the same with colored baking chips. And I was right!

- It only uses a handful of simple, basic ingredients.

- Vanilla almond bark

Substitutions and Variations
- Vanilla bark - Use white chocolate chips with a teaspoon or two of coconut oil instead. For more information on using white chocolate and substitutes if you'd like to read it.
- Pastel sprinkles - Use gold or silver in place of or in addition to pastel sprinkles.
- Food Coloring - Using a few different microwave safe bowls you can add chocolate to each with a few drops of color to create a multi- colored fudge istead to make a rainbow unicorn fudge.
- Add an Extract - Vanilla is a universal crowd-pleaser, but feel free to swap in almond, coconut, peppermint, lemon, banana, maple, orange, or rum extract instead to alter flavor.
- Add Zest - If adding orange extract add some orange zest to top or if adding lemon extract add some lemon zest to alter flavor somewhat.
