- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 bag (10 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green gel food coloring
- Red Sanding Sugar for rim

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk, evaporated milk and chocolate chips. Stir continuously over medium heat with a rubber spatula until fully melted.
- Remove from heat, add in vanilla and peppermint, continue to stir.
- Add 5-6 inches of food coloring (swoops in the motion of a capital N), stirring continuously until a solid, light green color forms. Add more food coloring until desired Grinch green color is met. Set aside.
- Run the rims of your mugs under clean water. Immediately dip the rims in a bed of small red crystal sprinkles, creating your red rim.
