- Ranch Dressing Powder: This is where the ranch flavor comes from. It’s the most important ingredient in this fried dill pickle dip, next to the pickles.

- Panko Breadcrumbs: The butter-toasted breadcrumbs add a little texture to this dip and even more solidify that fried pickle flavor! Regular or Italian-style breadcrumbs can also be used.
See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
Variations

- Add Bacon: For more texture, add cooked and crumbled bacon!
- Dairy-Free: Swap the cream cheese for vegan cream cheese, mayo for vegan mayo, and cashew cream for sour cream!

Recipe FAQs
The Taste of the South dip was definitely a huge inspiration for this recipe! We added toasted panko breadcrumbs for texture.
If stored properly in the refrigerator, this dip will last 3-4 days. I recommend leaving the breadcrumb topping off until you serve.
Plain Greek yogurt is a common substitute for sour cream and would work great in this recipe. Keep in mind that the yogurt will have a tangier flavor profile than the sour cream.
