When my uncle Henry heard I had a website with our favorite recipes posted on it he insisted that this dip should be on it. People will love it. He said he gets requests for this dip every time he goes to a potluck. We tried this dip and found out why it is so popular.  My Uncle Henry’s Favorite Dip is delicious and now this is Our Favorite Dip!Our Favorite Dip is super easy to prepare.  Really it takes little or no time at all to get ready.  That is part of why this dip is so perfect for any occasion! One layer of cream cheese, a layer of salsa and chili, topped with shredded cheese.  That is it!  Sprinkled with some green onions and some halved grape or cherry tomatoes, bake, and you are ready to go!

We use tortilla or corn chips usually to scoop Our Favorite Dip!  Really though any chip or cracker will do.  Sometimes we serve this dip right in the 13×9 inch pan we baked it in!

This dip is perfect to watch a game or to entertain!  Frankly, any old excuse will do!  This dip is so addictive and every bite absolutely fabulous!

You will have to try making Our Favorite Dip for your family or friends, just to give it a try.  I can’t wait to hear what you think of it or what you add to make this dip your own.  My son always adds hot sauce to the chili salsa mixture.  There really are so many options!
