I love bagels, and I love chips. So I thought to myself, "Why not combine them?" And that's just what I did. I cut bagels into thin slices and fried them up!

    Air Fryer Bagel Chips

This was inspired by my pita chips and pasta chips recipe on this site, and pairs perfectly with this amazing bagel dip recipe.

Use our easy air fryer recipe for plain and everything bagels recipe to create the best bagels, fast, inside your own home. We also have cinnamon raisin bagels and pumpkin bagels that make excellent dippers too.

Depending on the dip you're serving. Have a look at our dips post to get some ideas if you need any. For example, our Pumpkin Dip goes beautifully with pumpkin bagel chips.

    Ingredients

It only takes 3 ingredients to make this tasty recipe. That's it!

    • Everything Bagels
    • olive oil
    • salt

See the recipe card at the end of the post for specific quantities.

    Instructions

Making these bagel chips is as easy as it gets. You'll be done in no time.

    Step 1: Prep your Bagels

Cut bagels into circles and put them in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 2: Toss the Bagel Circles

Pour olive oil and salt on top and mix them well until all are coated.

Step 3: Air Fry and Serve

Place them in your greased air fryer basket in a single layer. You may have to cook in batches. Cook until bagel chips begin to brown.

Hint: Until you know the exact timing on your air fryer, keep a close eye on your bagel chips as they can go from golden brown to burnt fast.
