I've been making this tasty classic appetizer for years. When I discovered making it in the air fryer, I never looked back!

Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket

This was inspired by my air fryer mummy dogs recipe on this site and pairs well with this spicy mayo sauce recipe.

    Ingredients

The ingredient list couldn't be simpler. It only takes two ingredients!

    • Crescent dough sheet
    • Hot dogs

    Instructions

Making these tasty treats is as easy as the ingredient list. It only takes a few simple steps to make.

    Step 1: Perp

Cut the hot dogs in half. Then, roll half the crescent dough out so you can see four triangles. Work the seams gently together to create one sheet of dough. Repeat this process with the other half of the dough.

    Step 2: Cut the Dough

Cut both sheets of dough into 8 strips each.

Step 3: Wrap the Hot Dogs

Wrap each hot dog in a strip of crescent roll dough.

    Step 4: Air Fry

Place the pigs in a blanket about an inch apart in a greased air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Enjoy!

Hint: The easiest way to cut your dough into strips is to use a pizza cutter.
