Tips
As brownies go, these are fairly easy. It's actually very hard to mess them up, and don't we all love that?
- Leave some overhang on each side of the pan when you line it with parchment paper. You can use the edges as handles to easily remove the brownies before cutting them.
- Fully cool your brownies before cutting them so they retain their shape.
- Unlike other baked goods, you actually want to beat this brownie batter until it's smooth.

Could you roll the dough into a log shape then cut off "disc" shapes before adding them to the baking tray?
Recipe sounds delicious. 😀
Karin and Ken says
That is a fabulous idea and would work beautifully! We love these cookies. Please let us know what you think if you try them! Thank you for the suggestion. Always appreciated. All the best. Karin

What does that mean .... Make a disc?
Karin and Ken says
I was trying to describe the shape of the cookie. I am suggesting to shape the cookie flat on the top and the bottom. Kind of like a fat or thick coin. I just wanted to be sure that the cookie dough was not shaped like a round ball for the best results after baking. Does that make sense? Does that help? All the best. Karin
