The peaches cook down in brown sugar and butter until the mixture becomes thick, syrupy, and sweet. Not only is it tasty, but this keeps the filling from running out as it fries. I love the addition of cinnamon, too.

Why You’ll Love This Peach Cobbler Egg Roll Recipe

- Quick to make: Prep and frying take less than 30 minutes in total.
Ingredients
Here is everything you need to make these sweet and crunchy peach cobbler rolls. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples except for the fresh peaches and egg roll wrappers. However, they are very easy to find!
- Peaches: I love fresh peaches for this recipe. I peel them because the skins become chewy as they cook and are tough to eat. Chop them into small pieces for the perfect texture in the filling.
- Brown sugar: I use dark brown sugar because of the deep molasses flavor and caramel notes. You can also use light brown sugar if you prefer.
- Butter: Salted butter is a nice addition, as it helps to offset the sweetness from the other ingredients. If you use unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.
- Spices: I chose cinnamon and nutmeg. These warm spices perfectly complement the peaches.
- Vanilla: The subtle vanilla flavor is great in the filling and also enhances the flavors of the other ingredients.
- Egg roll wrappers: You will find these in the produce section of most grocery stores.
- Powdered sugar: This is a great way to sweeten the glaze for the egg rolls, as it won’t have a grainy texture like granulated sugar.
- Heavy cream: I use heavy cream in the glaze, but milk will work as well.
See the recipe card below for exact ingredient amounts, nutritional information, and detailed instructions.
Variations
- Add bourbon: Add a splash of bourbon to the peach filling as it cooks to make it more rich and complex.
- Add cream cheese: Spoon cream cheese into the wrapper with the filling to create a peach cheesecake flavor.
- Add almond and coconut: Almond slivers and shredded coconut are great additions for tropical flavor and crunchy texture.
How to Make Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls
Below are all the steps needed to make these delicious and sweet peach egg rolls. I recommend measuring the ingredients and gathering all of your cooking supplies to make the process quicker and easier.
Step 1: Add filling ingredients to a saucepan. Cook the peaches, brown sugar, butter, and spices in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Thicken the peach filling. Bring the mixture to a light boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes or until it has thickened. Then, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Allow the filling to cool before moving on to the next step.
Step 3: Brush the egg on the wrapper. Lay out an egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you. Then, brush the edges with beaten egg.
Step 4: Add the filling. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
Step 5: Make the egg rolls. Fold the outside edges in and then roll it away from you to seal it. Repeat this process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 6: Fry. Fill a large skillet halfway with the oil and heat it to 350° F. Carefully put the egg rolls into the hot oil and let them cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Flip them halfway through for even cooking. Transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess grease.
Step 7: Make the glaze. Combine the powdered sugar and cream in a small bowl and whisk until it’s combined.
Step 8: Drizzle and serve. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled peach cobbler rolls and enjoy.
⭐ Hint: Don’t overcrowd the oil for maximum crispiness and even cooking. Work in batches!

Storage Directions
- Storing: Store leftover egg rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze, allow them to cool, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag, and keep them frozen for up to 3 months.
- Reheating: These are best reheated in the air fryer or oven to make them crispy again.
- Make Ahead: Prepare the filling and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before making the peach egg rolls.
Serving Suggestions
- There are so many great toppings you can use for these peach egg rolls. Whipped cream, caramel sauce, and Butter Pecan Syrup are some of my favorites.

Recipe Tips
- Add cornstarch if needed: Make a cornstarch slurry with 1 tablespoon each of cornstarch and water, and stir it into the filling if it’s too thin.
- Don’t fill the wrappers with hot filling: Allow the filling to cool down before adding to the egg roll wrappers. It’s harder to handle and fold if the filling is too hot.
- Don’t reheat them in the microwave: If you want to enjoy the leftovers warm, do not put them in the microwave, as the exterior will become soggy.
