Tips for apple wraps
- Stir the apple mixture often to avoid burning. It will be runny at first, but the extra liquid will cook off.
- Don't overfill the tortillas. You want them to have enough space for folding over adequately.
FAQ
The best apples are Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Golden Delicious, Rome, Jonathan or Jonagold, Braeburn or Northern Spy.
I don't recommend it. The filling will make the tortillas soggy if you wait to fry them until later.
