Air fryer taquitos, a copycat Taco Bell recipe, are one of my favorite treats to serve up for snacks, parties, and even for a taco bar on Taco Tuesday. They're a healthy alternative to fried taquitos and so easy to make! Most important, everyone loves them!
Air Fryer Taquitos
This recipe was inspired by my Taco Bell copycat recipe on Kitchen Divas, and pairs well with a wide variety of sauces including, avocado ranch, green verde sauce, and spicy mayo sauce.

Ingredients
All you need are four simple ingredients to make these homemade copycat taquitos.
- Flour tortillas
- Cooked and shredded chicken
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded Colby jack cheese

Instructions
These air fryer taquitos are easy to make in just a few easy steps.
Step 1: Prep the Tortillas
Mix together the chicken and taco seasoning in a bowl. Sprinkle one-quarter cup each of shredded chicken and cheese over the top of each tortilla.
Step 2: Roll Them Up
Tightly roll them up and place them seam side down on the counter or a tray. Repeat with all the tortillas.
Step 3: Cook in the Air Fryer
Place rolled taquitos into a greased or sprayed air fryer basket, seam side down.
Cook them four at a time to avoid overcrowding the basket. Cook at 400ºF for 6 minutes or until the tops begin to brown.
Step 4: Serve Them Up
When cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve with your choice of salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or other fun sauces.
