I love Taco Bell's avocado ranch sauce. One night, I was wishing I had some for my crackers, and it came to me. I'd make my own!

    Taco Bell Avocado Ranch Sauce

This was inspired by my avocado aioli recipe and pairs well with pita chips, pretzels, crackers, and more.

    Ingredients

You'll only need simple ingredients to make this recipe, and you'll find them all easily at your local grocery store.

    • Avocados
    • Mayonnaise
    • Sour cream
    • Buttemrilk
    • White wine vinegar
    • Garlic paste
    • White cheddar cheese seasoning
    • Buttermilk powder
    • Paprika
    • Chili flakes
    • Dill weed
    • Kosher salt
    • Grated parmesan cheese

See the recipe card at the end of the post for quantities.

    Instructions

There might be several ingredients to this dish, but there are only three steps!

    Step 1: Mash the Avocados

Mash the avocados until smooth in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add the Remaining Ingredients

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, then stir to combine.

    Step 3: Puree and Chill

Add the mixture to a food processor or blender and puree. Then, pour the sauce into mason jars and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Hint: Be sure to let the sauce chill for a minimum of 2 hours so the flavors can meld.

    • Table Salt - Kosher salt works best, but table salt will do if that's all you have.
    • Homemade Buttermilk - If you don't have buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk to make your own.
