Copycat Taco Bell Avocado Ranch

Copycat Taco Bell avocado ranch sauce is full of all the flavors we love about the original, but it's even better! It's also easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ tablespoon white cheddar cheese seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon buttermilk powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • Place avocados in a large mixing bowl,
    avocados scooped out and placed in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocados until smooth.

  • Add remaining ingredients.
    Adding remaining ingredients to the large mixing bowl with the smooth avocado.
  • Stir to combine. Add to a food processor or blender and purée, if desired.
    All ingredients thoroughly mixed in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate sauce for 2 hours before serving.
  • Pour sauce into mason jars and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Makes: 2 8 oz mason jars
  • Don't mash the avocados until you're ready to make the entire recipe. You don't want them to turn brown.
  • When pureeing this sauce, don't make it a liquid. Leave it with some texture.
