- 2 avocados
- ½ cup Mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ tablespoon white cheddar cheese seasoning
- 1 teaspoon buttermilk powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Get out and measure your ingredients.
Place avocados in a large mixing bowl,
Mash the avocados until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir to combine. Add to a food processor or blender and purée, if desired.
Pour sauce into mason jars and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

- Don't mash the avocados until you're ready to make the entire recipe. You don't want them to turn brown.
- When pureeing this sauce, don't make it a liquid. Leave it with some texture.
