These copycat Taco Bell taquitos in the air fryer are an easy snack to make for all types of occasions. All you need are four easy ingredients and a few minutes to roll them up.

  • Gather the ingredients to make taquitos together.

  • Place the chicken in a bowl and add the taco seasoning.

  • Mix up to spread the seasoniong throughout all the chicken.

  • Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of shredded chicken evenly over the top.

  • Tightly roll them and place them seam side down on the counter or a tray.

  • Place rolled taquitos seam side down, 4 at a time, in a greased air fryer basket.

  • Cook at 400ºF for 6 minutes or until tops begin to brown.

Expert Tips:
  • Don't overstuff the tortillas with chicken and cheese, this makes them more difficult to roll.
  • Place the taquitos into the air fryer seam side down so they don't come in open while cooking.
  • Don't crowd the taquitos in the air fryer basket. Leave plenty of room for the air to circulate around the taquitos for the best results.
