Made with Fireball whiskey, vanilla vodka, and apple cider, this apple pie shot recipe is as powerful as they are delicious. Notes of apple and cinnamon permeate these fiery, cinnamon-flavored shots, creating a sweet and strong shot not for the faint of heart!

We love a good party, but we adore a great party. And nothing makes a party better than the right libations. Shots are always on our menu because there are so many variations, and they're all so much fun!
We took the idea of a pie-inspired shot from our key lime pie shot recipe and combined it with the punch of Fireball and vanilla vodka to create this apple pie shot. It's great on its own or with appetizers, like these Brazilian cheese bread bites.
Of course, these apple pie cinnamon rolls, apple dumplings with crescent rolls and my grandma's apple crumble are the perfect match for these shots as well.

How to Make Apple Pie Shots
These three ingredients come together to create a cocktail that might literally knock your socks off!

- Apple Cider: Works best but pear cider will work in a pinch. You can also use apple juice mixed with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice instead.
- Vanilla Vodka: If you don't have vanilla vodka, use regular vodka with a splash of vanilla extract. Use spiced rum instead for a more tropical vibe or carmel vodka adds to the apple flavor.
- Cinnamon Whiskey: Fireball is the iconic classic, but any cinnamon whiskey (e.g., Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, Jim Beam Fire) will work. You could also use regular whisky and a dash of cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon extract.
