Pretzel Rolo Bites Recipe
This was inspired by my other pretzel s'mores bites recipe on this site. The combination of sweet and salty worked so well with the s'mores bites that I just knew it would be amazing with Rolos!
Ingredients
You only need three ingredients to make this recipe. You won't find an ingredient list much simpler than that!

- Rolos
- Sprinkles
See the recipe card at the end of the post for quantities.
Instructions
Making these sweet and salty treats is a simple as getting the ingredients together. It takes next to no effort to make them!
Step 1: Prep
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and get out your pretzels and Rolos.
Step 2: Heat and Press
Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and top each one with a Rolo. Bake for 3 minutes, then take the baking sheet from the oven and press another pretzel onto the top of each Rolo.
Step 3: Decorate
Decorate with pastel sprinkles.
Hint: The Rolos will be soft, so it will be an easy matter to press the top pretzel down until you get little pretzel sandwiches.

Rolos are cone-shaped chocolate candy filled with caramel.
You sure can! Any sort of chocolate and caramel candy will work.
Chill them completely in the refrigerator, then transfer them to an air-tight, freezer-safe container or heavy-duty freezer bag.
I used pastel sprinkles to make these bites spring-themed. Just change the colors for a different theme. Black and orange are great for Halloween. Red, green, and white are perfect for Christmas. Green is, of course, the perfect color for St. Patrick's Day.
