Ingredients
This is all you need to make this meatball wrap recipe. It’s so versatile and easy to make when you don’t know what to have for dinner.

- Meatballs: Use any pre-cooked meatballs for this recipe that you want. I like to go with frozen for extra convenience, or you can try a homemade recipe like these carnivore meatballs or my Costco chicken meatballs for a leaner option.
- Marinara sauce: Jarred marinara sauce works just fine for a meatball marinara wrap. There are several brands and varieties to choose from, so be creative!
- Mozzarella cheese: Shredded or sliced mozzarella would work great here. You may even try an Italian blend or provolone as a quick substitution.
- Wraps: I like to use large tortilla wraps to make wrapping easier. The extra-large ones hold the meatballs best—similar to a meatball burrito!

Variations
- Alfredo: Swap the marinara for Alfredo sauce to make an extra cheesy and creamy version.
- Veggie: Try plant-based meatballs and add fresh veggies like tomatoes and cucumber.
- Spicy: Use a spicy tomato sauce and add some red pepper flakes for some heat.
How to Make a Meatball Wrap
Here are the 4 quick steps needed to heat the meatballs and prepare the wraps. It’s one of the easiest recipes ever and makes a lovely meatball lunch idea, too.

Step 1: Heat meatballs and sauce. Add the meatballs and marinara sauce to a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until it’s hot and bubbly.

Step 2: Melt the cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and allow it to melt. Pop it under the broiler if needed.

Step 3: Spoon onto wrap. Lay out a tortilla and spoon about 4 cheesy meatballs into the middle. Repeat this with the second tortilla.

Step 4: Fold and serve. Wrap it up burrito style and slice it in half. Enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Slice the meatballs: If you want to make a smaller wrap or use fewer meatballs, feel free to slice them in half. I find it makes a much better kid-sized portion, too.
- Ensure the filling is hot: Before you assemble the wraps, ensure the meatballs and sauce are hot and the cheese is melted. No one wants a cold filling!
- Secure it if needed: Use toothpicks to secure the tortilla, if needed.

Recipe FAQs
Of course! Assemble your wraps and place them on a griddle pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side or until the tortilla is brown and crispy.
If you add too many or if you use a thin tortilla, it can be difficult to wrap properly or cause it to tear. Use a sturdy tortilla and limit the meatballs to a maximum of 4. If you want more, enjoy a second wrap!
