Easy Meatball Wrap

This Meatball Wrap recipe is super easy to make for lunch and dinner. It's loaded with marinara sauce and gooey mozzarella wrapped snugly inside a tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 8 meatballs pre-cooked
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups marinara sauce divided
  • 1-1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 8" wraps

Instructions

  • Add about ½ cup of sauce to the bottom of your skillet and place meatballs on top.
  • Top with about 1 cup of sauce and place on medium-low heat until cooked through, adjusting your heat as needed (about 10-12 minutes).
  • Top with cheese and broil until melted.
  • Place a small amount of sauce on each wrap, then add 4 meatballs, wrap and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftover meatball wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Toast your meatball tortilla wrap on a skillet over medium heat until it’s golden on both sides for a crispy texture.
  • Use toothpicks or small skewers to secure the wraps, if needed.
