Barbecue Apricot Glazed Chicken Thighs are so easy and delicious! Only a few ingredients, this mix, dump and go recipe is as easy as they come!

This dish never disappoints!  I love easy meals like this!  My husband calls it a dump and go recipe and it is true!  You combine the few ingredients, coat the chicken and dump it all into a baking pan and go!

I have also used raspberry and peach jam and the result was fantastic as well!  I have to tell you that apricot jam was our favorite!  Hands down!  I can’t wait to hear what your favorite combination is!

Maybe you will let me know which jam you tried and what you thought of it.  I am always looking for new recipe ideas myself!  I would love a suggestion on how to switch things up!  I have been making this Barbecue Apricot Glazed Chicken Thighs recipe for so long I would truly appreciate a change!  I’m sure my husband will as well!

Ingredients in Barbecue Apricot Glazed Chicken Thighs

    • chicken thighs
    • apricot jam
    • barbecue sauce
    • garlic
    • onion flakes
    • cooking spray

How to make Barbecue Apricot Glazed Chicken Thighs

Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium sized bowl, combine apricot jam, garlic, onion and barbecue sauce.

Taste mixture to see if you want to add more garlic or any other seasoning.

Add chicken and toss to coat.

    Dump into your prepared pan.

Bake for between 25 and 30 min if you are using 8 chicken thighs.

If you are using 12 chicken thighs this dish will take between 50-60 minutes to cook.

When the thighs are touching your cooking time drastically increases!

Baste chicken at least once while baking.

Serve with a spoonful of sauce on top of each thigh.

    Serve and enjoy!
