- 8-12 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- ½ cup apricot jam
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes

Instructions
- Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine apricot jam, garlic, onion and barbecue sauce. Taste mixture to see if you want to add more garlic or any other seasoning.
- Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Dump into your prepared pan.
- Bake for between 25 and 30 min if you are using 8 chicken thighs. If you are using 12 chicken thighs this dish will take between 50-60 minutes to cook. When the thighs are touching your cooking time drastically increases!
- Baste chicken at least once while baking.
- Serve with a spoonful of sauce on top of each thigh. Serve and enjoy!
