This Tequila Berry Cocktail is very easy to make and only takes a few minutes. There's no reason to spend hours in the kitchen for a refreshing adult beverage.

I'm not much a drinker, but every once in a while I love a refreshing drink to cool off or enjoy on a holiday or special occasion.

    Berry Alcoholic Drinks

If I am going to have a drink, I want it to be a fruity flavored drink. I like refresher style adult beverages and this Berry Cocktail is just what I enjoy.

    Ingredients

You only need seven ingredients to make these tasty Berry Cocktails.

    • mixed berries frozen or fresh
    • sugar
    • water
    • Tequila
    • Triple Sec
    • fresh lime juice
    • club soda you can add more if you would like it on the lighter side
    • Berry Syrup

See the recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Making these easy adult Berry Cocktails is simple and requires only following these three ways steps.

Step 1: Make the berry syrup.

In a saucepan mix the berries, sugar, and water. Place on the stove and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the water has thickened, and the berries are soft. Use a cocktail muddler or masher to mash up the berries. Cook for a couple more minutes. Strain syrup and discard the pieces. Fill the shaker with ice and combine the tequila, triple sec, berry syrup, and lime juice. Close the lid, and shake until combined and chilled. (Approximately 30 seconds). Fill your glass with ice and strain the drink. Top off with club soda and stir.

    Step 2: Make your cocktail

Fill the shaker with ice and combine the tequila, triple sec, berry syrup, and lime juice. Close the lid, and shake until combined and chilled. (Approximately 30 seconds). Fill your glass with ice and strain the drink. Top off with club soda and stir.

Step 3: Garnish your drinks as desired.

Optional: Garnish with mint and extra berries.
