These peanut butter chocolate covered bananas combine all our favorite flavors into one sweet snack. Bananas are coated with peanut butter, crushed peanuts, and a chocolate drizzle!

Peanut butter and chocolate are a classic combo. So are chocolate and bananas. I decided to put them together, and I created something absolutely amazing!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Bananas
This was inspired by my other chocolate dipped banana recipe on this site and pairs well with this amazing dalgona coffee recipe.
Ingredients
It only takes a handful of ingredients to make these tasty banana treats.
- Frozen whole bananas
- Peanut butter
- Crushed peanuts
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Making this recipe is as simple as gathering up the ingredients. It only takes a few simple steps.
Step 1: Prep
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas on it.
Step 2: Add the Peanut Butter and Peanuts
Use a butter knife to spread a layer of peanut butter on each banana, leaving one end uncovered. Then, sprinkle the peanut butter with crushed peanuts.
Step 3: Add the Chocolate
Microwave the chocolate chips at 30-second intervals until completely melted. Then, drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter-covered bananas.
Step 4: Freeze
Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy.
Hint: Using frozen bananas keeps them from breaking apart when you spread the peanut butter on them.

Don't have the correct ingredients on hand or want to change something up? Here are some helpful tips for you to change these peanut butter chocolate covered bananas.
- Nut Butter - If you prefer, you can use almond butter or another nut butter instead of peanut butter.
- Switch the Nuts - You can use crushed almonds or your favorite nuts in place of crushed peanuts.
- Milk Chocolate Chips - Milk chocolate chips will work in place of semi-sweet.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bananas
Equipment
Ingredients
- 8 bananas whole, frozen
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup peanuts crushed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas on the cookie sheet. If serving with wooden sticks or skewers shoved up the end to make holding easier, add them now otherwise continue on with the recipe.
- Using a knife, spread a layer of peanut butter on each banana. Leave one end of the banana uncovered.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the peanut butter layer.
- Microwave the chocolate chips on 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and place the cookie sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
- Remove from freezer.
- Serve.
