How to Make Christmas Funfetti Bread
Making this delicious Christmas treat is just as easy as gathering up the ingredients for it. It's a simple recipe that comes together quickly. And because it's made in a loaf and iced rather than frosted, it requires very little in the way of effort. The entire recipe is really just a matter of mixing, baking, and icing. It just takes a few minutes of prep and about 50 minutes of baking. That's it! Here's what you'll do.

- In a large mixing bowl beat together with a hand mixer the butter, sugar and eggs till yellow and creamy.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate medium bowl. Set aside.
- To the large mixing bowl add the milk, sour cream and vanilla mix into a batter.
- Using a spoon, slowly add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredient batter.

- With a large spoon fold ½ cup sprinkles into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.

- Bake for 40-50 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the middle of the bread to check for doneness. Toothpick should come out clean when baked through.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Prepare your serving dish or cooling rack for the icing of the bread.
- After the bread has been cooling for 5 minutes, run a knife around the edges of the bread pan to ensure the sides are loosened, then turn the bread pan upside down and gently remove the bread from the pan.
- Let the bread cool completely before icing.

- In a large mixing bowl combine the icing ingredients: powder sugar, cream, vanilla, and using a whisk, beat till smooth.
- Pour evenly over the bread.

- Top with holiday colored sprinkles.
Hint: Use a toothpick to check for doneness. Insert gently into the middle. If it comes out clean, it is done, if it is still gooey, it will need a few more minutes. But, be careful not to overbake, or it will be dry and hard.

Quick question; it says this recipe makes 12 (12 loaves), what size loaf pans are you using for this? Large or single person sized, etc?
