This holiday punch recipe is too good to pass up! If you're looking for the perfect recipe for morning Christmas punch, you're not going to want to miss this. This simple cranberry punch is light, refreshing, and full of flavor.
I'm a big fan of Christmas punch recipes. I love how each and every one of them can taste different and have so many unique flavors and tastes. And once the holiday season rolls around, I'm always looking for new recipes that I know I can serve to my family and friends, too.
The great part about this holiday punch recipe is that it can be served with or without alcohol and it tastes refreshing and light as well. I also love that it's a simple morning Christmas punch recipe that just takes a few moments of time to make.
I've made this up several different times and have never had any issues whatsoever at all. In fact, dare I say that it's one of my favorite holiday punch recipes, ever? (I'll have to have a few more sips just to be certain....)
Easy Holiday Punch
Here's the deal, the holiday season is already stressful enough. From worrying about gifts to hosting gatherings and wondering how you're going to fit it all in, there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to give yourself a break with a simple and easy Christmas morning punch recipe at home.
I'm a big fan of this holiday punch recipe for that reason and I think that you're going to be, too. In fact, you just might be able to make this up and enjoy it any time of the year.
You can easily garnish the punch recipe as well and make it taste different time and time again. I've added lime slices, lime juice, lemon juice, fresh cranberries, and even added some sugar around the rim of the glass as well. You can literally add anything you want to this homemade punch recipe to change up the taste and flavor.
Simple Homemade Punch
I think you'll find that this could easily be called a simple punch recipe as well as it's not just for the holiday time. Add some ice, keep it chilled, and you can make a larger quantity by simply doubling the recipe so that it is enough to share with your family and friends.
As long as you keep it free of alcohol, the kids can enjoy the wonderful taste and flavor right along with you.
This holiday punch recipe is great for the Christmas Holiday and can be super fun for a New Years' Eve celebration as well. And if you're anxious and want to make it up ahead of time, you can easily do that without worry.
What is the purpose of punch?
Does punch really need a purpose? It's just so much fun to drink! I have such fond memories growing up of drinking punch out of a fancy glass when I was little.
It was a way that I could feel fancy and part of the party and be a bit of a grown-up during that time, too.
Having a great punch recipe that you can rely on is always a good idea because it's nice to have an option besides just water and soda to serve your guests. Plus, when you add this delicious punch recipe to some festive glasses, it really is quite beautiful, too.
Can you Freeze Punch for Later?
You can! If you make this punch up completely and want to freeze it for later, that can be a great idea to plan ahead and save you some time. The Sprite that is added to this punch recipe is going to freeze for sure as well the rest of the ingredients, too.
Frozen punch will then need to be unthawed before serving so you're going to need to plan on that for part of your preparation process as well.
And if you time it just right, you actually might be able to have a punch slushie with half of it being unthawed while the other half isn't. That tastes so good!
Ingredients Needed to Make this Simple Cranberry Punch

What are Good Garnishes for a Holiday Punch Recipe?
There are so many great options that you can use for a garnishment. Some of my favorite options are fresh cranberries, slices of orange, and slices of lime.
But you can seriously use a wide variety of other tasty options as well.
What Can I use to Serve My Simple Cranberry Punch Instead of a Punch Bowl?
If you don't have a punch bowl, no problem. All you need are a couple of pitchers and some fancy glasses to make this punch recipe stand out. It's really as simple as that.
Perfect for a Christmas morning punch recipe.
A bunch bowl might be necessary for when you're serving a large crowd but if you're only worrying about a handful of close family and friends, you don't need to go out and spend money on a punch bowl at all.
Can You Make Punch Ahead of Time?
You bet. Just make certain to leave out any ice until you're ready to serve. The ice melting is what is going to take away from the punch and will cause it to be watered down and not tasting very well.
What are Some Other Fun Ways that You Can Serve this Holiday Punch?
Here's the thing. Don't limit yourself to ways that you can have fun and serve this Christmas morning punch recipe. While you can easily serve it and have everyone sip away on it as is, don't forget that you can easily add a few fun ideas as well to make this simple punch recipe stand out from the rest.
You can add in other frozen fruit as well like frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries that will not only add fun colors but fun tastes, too.
There are also ice cubes that you can buy that don't melt and are unique shapes that could be a really cute addition.
If you're gearing up to make a holiday punch recipe that you know everyone is going to like, you're not going to want to miss out on this simple cranberry punch recipe. This holiday punch is fast, refreshing, and crazy easy to make!
