    Caesar Parmesan Dip

    This creamy, delicious Caesar parmesan dip is full of rich, creamy goodness. From the anchovies to the sour cream and parmesan cheese, this dip has all the classic flavors we love in Caesar anything!

    This dip is definitely a personal favorite of mine.  I am capable of eating this entire batch of dip with just a few carrots or chicken wings. Best dip EVER in my opinion.

    Caesar Parmesan Dip

    This was inspired by my other buttermilk ranch dip recipe on this site, and pairs well with these amazing parmesan zucchini bites recipe.

    Ingredients

    It only takes a few simple ingredients to make this dip. It's an incredibly easy ingredient list.

    • Mayonnaise
    • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
    • Parmesan cheese
    • Lemon juice
    • Fresh or dried parsley
    • Mince garlic
    • Anchovy paste
    • Pepper

    Instructions

    Making this dip is even easier than gathering up the ingredients. It only takes 2 steps!

    Step 1: Prep

    Measure and prepare all of these dip ingredients.

    Step 2: Blend

    In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients with a fork or whisk until well blended. Chill and serve.

    Hint: Whil e you can use a fork or whisk in this recipe, I find that a whisk works better.

    Don't have the correct ingredients on hand or want to change something up? Here are some helpful tips for you to change this Caesar parmesan dip.

    • Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream - Either of these will work well for this dish.
    • Prepared Spices - To save time, you can get all the spices you need at the grocery store.

    It takes almost nothing to make this dip. You'll only need a handful of items.

    • Cheese grater

    This dip will last for about 2 days int he refrigerator.

    This is one of the easiest recipes you'll ever make, however, to make sure it's absolutely the best it can possibly be, read over these tips.

    • Fresh Parmesan - Grating your own parmesan adds so much more delicious flavor than the stuff in a bag.
    • Fresh Lemon Juice - Fresh lemon juice is much better in this dip than the juice in a bottle.

    Either one is perfectly find. The flavor difference is almost imperceptable.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup mayo
    • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
    • ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese grated
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced or 1 teaspoon dried
    • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
    • 1 teaspoon anchovy fillets minced to paste or 2 fillets
    • ½ teaspoon pepper

    Instructions
     

    • Get out and measure your ingredients.

    • Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.

    • Using a whisk, blend until smooth.
      Ingredients are mixed well. Fresh minced parsley added.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, if not two, before serving.
