Caesar Parmesan Dip
This Caesar parmesan dip is filled with all the flavors we love in the classic dressing. Serve it with veggies, chips, or even chicken strips

- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon anchovy fillets minced to paste or 2 fillets
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Get out and measure your ingredients.
Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
Using a whisk, blend until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, if not two, before serving.

- Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream - Either of these will work well for this dish.
- Prepared Spices - To save time, you can get all the spices you need at the grocery store.
- Spicy - Add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for a kick of heat.
