Caesar Parmesan Dip

This Caesar parmesan dip is filled with all the flavors we love in the classic dressing. Serve it with veggies, chips, or even chicken strips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy fillets minced to paste or 2 fillets
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.
    Overhead photo of all the ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.

  • Using a whisk, blend until smooth.
    Ingredients are mixed well. Fresh minced parsley added.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, if not two, before serving.

Notes

  • Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream - Either of these will work well for this dish.
  • Prepared Spices - To save time, you can get all the spices you need at the grocery store.
  • Spicy - Add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for a kick of heat.
  • Chives - Chives add a lovely flavor to this dish.
