Cheesecake fluff is one of my favorite desserts for the summer. It's so cool and refreshing. I made it even more summery with the addition of these sliced strawberries.

    Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff Salad

This was inspired by my other cheesecake fruit salad recipe or orange fluff salad on this site and pairs well with these amazing no bake pretzel cookies. Just dip them right in!

    Ingredients

It only takes a handful of basic ingredients to make this recipe. You'll find them all easily at your local grocery store.

    • Softened cream cheese
    • Sugar
    • Vanilla
    • Cool Whip
    • Diced Strawberries

See the recipe card at the end of the post for quantities.

    Instructions

Making this recipe couldn't be easier. You'll be in and out of the kitchen in minutes.

Step 1: Make the Cream Cheese Base

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl until creamy.

    Step 2: Finish the Fluff

Fold in the Cool Whip, then add the strawberries and stir well. Enjoy!

Hint: A spatula is your best bet for folding the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.

Thank you for your kind words! I try my best. I always worry about excess water or juices from the defrosted berries. If they’re strained and even dried with paper towel they might be fine. I’m in hospital or I’d try a batch myself! If you try it please let me know how it goes. I would love to hear! Enjoy your day! Karin
