There's nothing like lobster pizza from Red Lobster. It manages to take comfort food and make it extra fancy. I decided to make my own version, and it is absolutely delicious.

Lobster Pizza
This was inspired by another restaurant-inspired pizza recipe on this site and pairs well with this amazing cheese bread recipe. It tastes just like Cheddar Bay Biscuits in loaf form!
I am pretty sure I could eat a whole loaf myself. It's that good.

Ingredients
It only takes a few ingredients to make this delicious recipe. You'll find them all easily at your local grocery store.
- Refrigerated pizza dough
- Melted garlic butter
- Grated fresh parmesan cheese
- Chopped and drained tomatoes
- Julienned fresh basil
- Lobster meat cut into ½" chunks
- Shredded mozzarella

Instructions
This recipe is super easy to make. It only takes a few steps and a few minutes!
Step 1: Prep
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then, lightly brush a 9x13 inch pan with cookig spray and press the dough onto it.
Step 2: Construct the Pizza
Brush the entire top of the pizza dough with garlic butter. Then, sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. Next, sprinkle the diced tomatoes and julienned basil over the pizza dough. Add the lobster meat to the pizza evenly and then top with the mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Bake
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is baked to a nice golden brown color. Cheese will begin to brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
Hint: It's vital that you coat the pizza pan with cooking spray to prevent the pizza from sticking.

- ¼ cup garlic butter melted
- 3 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes drained
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil cut in ⅛-inch julienne strips
- 8 ounces lobster meat cut in ½-inch chunks, drained
- 1 cup cheese shredded mozzarela
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Lay pizza dough in pan, stretching it to fit the bottom.
- Brush the dough with garlic butter from edge to edge.
