Red Lobster Lobster Pizza Copycat

This copycat Red Lobster lobster pizza is loaded with all the flavors we love in the original and so easy to make. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¼ cup garlic butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil cut in ⅛-inch julienne strips
  • 8 ounces lobster meat cut in ½-inch chunks, drained
  • 1 cup cheese shredded mozzarela

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Lay pizza dough in pan, stretching it to fit the bottom.

  • Brush the dough with garlic butter from edge to edge.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter.

  • Sprinkle tomatoes evenly over Parmesan cheese.

  • Sprinkle basil strips evenly over the diced tomatoes. Evenly distribute lobster chunks over tomatoes.

  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the diced tomatoes.

  • Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is baked and cheese begins to brown.

  • Squeeze fresh lemon over pizza for extra flavor and serve.
  • Remove from pan and slice.

Notes

  • Always spray your pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Ovens vary, so keep an eye on your pizza and remove it when the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Drain lobster meat unless it's fresh off the tail.
  • Make sure shrimp is cooked before adding it to your pizza.
