    This potato fudge is rich and creamy like all good fudge should be, but it's made with an ingredient you might not expect - instant potatoes! Weird? Maybe. Delicious? Yes!

    Instructions

    1: Melt the almond bark.

    2: Add the remaining fudge ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

    3: Pour into a lined baking dish and add sprinkles.

    4: Chill until set, cut into squares, and enjoy!

    Storage

    Refrigerator: Store for up to 2 weeks in an air-tight container.

    Freezer: Store for up to 6 months in an air-tight, freezer-safe container.

    Make Ahead: This is best made the day before so it has plenty of time to chill.

    • Measuring cups and spoons
    • 8 x 8 inch cake pan
    • Parchment paper or aluminum foil

    Ingredients
      

    • 24 oz vanilla almond bark
    • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
    • ½ cup prepared instant potatoes
    • sprinkles

    Instructions
     

    • Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
    • Place white bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring often, until bark is completely melted.
    • Add sweetened condensed milk and mashed potatoes.
    • Pour mixture into your prepared pan.
    • Add sprinkles evenly over top.
    • Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until it is hardened.
    • Cut into pieces and serve.

      Mind Blown. Never thought potatoes could go into fudge but yes, it works really well. I added some dried pineapple and coconut to the fudge. Worried it might taste weird but was really pretty smooth and delicious!

      I couldn’t believe it Used leftover mashed potatoes and whipped them I couldn’t believe how smooth and creamy this fudge turned out and everyone loved it I still can’t believe it Potato fudge is so tasty I’ll definitely make again Thx KD for another winner
