    This Pineapple Rum Cocktail is made with a few simple ingredients that, when combined. It will send you on a beach vacation with every sip. It has 3 different juices and 2 varieties of rum that work perfectly together. Enjoy your pineapple rum drink poolside this summer and relax in the sunshine!

    I love to make this rum pineapple cocktail for guests at parties and family cookouts. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and turns an ordinary gathering into a fun and exciting one. I promise that everyone will be impressed.

    • Rum: I use both white rum and coconut rum. This combination adds tropical, light, and sweet flavors to this rum and pineapple drink.
    • Citrus juice: Orange and lime juice add more acidity and tanginess to the pineapple cocktail recipe. They work great to enhance the flavor of the pineapple.

    How to Make a Pineapple and Rum Cocktail

    Below are the steps needed to mix this pineapple rum cocktail. It's so simple and will result in a delicious drink for you to indulge in.

    Step 1: Combine. Fill your glass halfway with ice. Then, add the rum and juices.

    Club soda added to the cocktail.

    Step 3: Add club soda. Top it with as much club soda as you want, or skip it.

    Can I use a cocktail shaker?

    Of course. I pour all the ingredients over ice and stir them, but you may put them in a cocktail shaker with ice instead.

    Can I make a large batch of pineapple rum cocktails in a pitcher?

    Sure! Just ensure that you measure all the ingredients accurately so it doesn't change the flavor. If serving for a party add the club soda right before serving.

    Can I use canned pineapple juice?

    As long as it's 100% juice, yes, you can! Canned pineapple juice will work just fine.

    • ⅓ cup pineapple juice
    • 2 ounce coconut rum
    • 1 ounce white rum
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon orange juice

    • Stir then top with as much or as little club soda as desired.
